DACA and Chaldeans

 

One of the most controversial political topics in modern day politics is President Trump’s decision to rescind Obama's Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program (DACA). With multiple sanctuary cities located in San Diego county such as El Cajon, current politics regarding the matter are often highly talked about throughout the area. Not only that, but the decision to begin a travel ban has also been a highly controversial topic.

 

This podcast explores both topics and how they affect different communities within San Diego, including the  voices of those immigrants living in the United States under DACA who are directly affected by the travel ban and Trump's decision to end DACA.
